Langley acquisisce DruckChemie

DruckChemie, gruppo Tedesco di materiali chimici per la stampa che è entrato in amministrazione controllata in Settembre sarà acquisito da Langley Holdings plc, gruppo industriale del Regno Unito.

Il contratto è stato firmato il 7 Novembre e l’accordo è in attesa di autorizzazione dall’anti-trust, prevista a breve.

DruckChemie ha ricavi annuali di circa 75 millioni di Euro e circa 300 dipendenti ed è il maggior produttore europeo di materiali chimici per la stampa, con siti in tutta Europa. La società ha anche attività in Brasile.

Langley ha effettuato numerose acquisizioni di aziende inefficienti nelle ultime due decadi, trasformandosi in un gruppo da quasi un miliardo di Euro di ricavi che occupa più di 4000 persone in più di 70 paesi.

Il gruppo è interamente privo di debiti e si vanta di non avere mai venduto alcuna delle società acquisite.

Langley è entrato nel settore stampa nel Gennaio 2012 con l’acquisizione della Manroland Sheetfed, costruttore tedesco di macchine da stampa.

Un portavoce di Langley ha detto:

"Siamo felicissimi di avere raggiunto l’accordo per acquisire DruckChemie, l’azienda è complementare alla nostra  attività di macchine da stampa Manroland e dimostra ulteriormente il nostro impegno nel settore."
