ラングレー、DruckChemieを買収

9月に倒産したドイツの印刷向け化学製品グループDruckChemieが、英国のラングレー・ホールディングスplcに買収されました。.

11月7日に契約を締結し、カルテル・クリアランスを待っている状況です。

DruckChemieの年間収益は、およそ7千5百万ユーロ、約300名の従業員を有する、ヨーロッパ全域に拠点を持つ、欧州有数の印刷向け化学製品メーカーであり、ブラジルにも事業を展開しています。

ラングレーは、過去20年間に渡り、採算ベースを下回る数多くの企業を買収し、今や70か国以上の国々に4000名以上の従業員を持ち、10億ユーロに近い利益を上げる会社に成長しました。

ラングレーグループは無借金経営であり、買収した企業を一社も手放していないという誇りを持っています。

ラングレーは、2012年1月、ドイツの印刷機械メーカであるマンローランド・シートフェッドを買収することで、印刷産業の分野に参入しました。

ラングレーの広報担当者によると、「DruckChemieの買収で合意に達したことは、大変喜ばしことです。DruckChemieは私たちのマンローランド印刷機ビジネスに敬意を表しており、この業界への私たちのコミットメントがより一層実証されました。」ということです。
