랭리그룹, DruckChemie를 인수하다

9월부터 행정관리에 들어간 독일의 인쇄 화학 그룹인 DruckChemie 는 영국 산업 그룹인 랭리 홀딩스에 인수됩니다.  

11월 7일에 계약은 체결 되었고, 거래는 거의 임박한것으로 예상되는 기업 연합의 승인을 기다리고 있습니다.

DruckChemie는 7,500만 유로의 연매출을 올리고 300여명의 직원이 근무하는 유럽 전역에 위치한 유럽 최고의 인쇄 화학제품 생산업체입니다. 이 회사는 또한 브라질에 지사를 두고 있습니다.

랭리그룹은 지난 20년동안 실적이 저조한 수 많은 기업들을 인수하였고 70여개 국가에서  10억 유로에 가까운 매출을 달성하고 4,000명이 넘는 직원들이 근무하고 있습니다.

랭리그룹은 부채가 전혀 없으며 인수한 어떤 기업도 절대 매각하지 않은 것에 자부심을 가지고 있습니다.

랭리그룹은 2012년 1월, 독일의 인쇄기 제조사인 Manroland Sheetfed를 인수하여 인쇄 분야의 사업을 시작했습니다.

“우리는 DruckChemie를 인수하는 계약 체결을 기쁘게 생각합니다. 이 회사는 우리 만로랜드 인쇄 장비사업을 보완해주고, 인쇄 부문에 대한 우리의 헌신을 보여줄 것입니다.” 라고 랭리의 대변인은 말했습니다.
