ROLAND press ‘better than rivals’

Manroland Sheetfed has beaten off competition from Japan to secure an order from a leading Chinese print house.

Tianjin Shenying Paper Products Packaging provide premium printing services for numerous famous brand names. They own several Japanese-made presses but are now enjoying the benefits of a newly-installed ROLAND 706 LV with IntegrationPilot smart. It is their first Manroland investment for their 25,000 sq metre plant in the coastal city.

The firm say: “The printing product quality is much better than our old presses. The installation service provided by Manroland was very comprehensive and ahead of schedule. This enables the earlier production of the new press which is immensely beneficial to us.”

“The new machine is running very smoothly and we are really happy and satisfied. With the new press installed, we are looking forward to providing our customers with better quality products and a more efficient service.”

Founded in 1995, Tianjin have developed into one of the most respected packaging printers in the north of China, particularly for the food and pharmaceutical industries, and are renowned for their innovation and efficiency.

Tianjin opted for the R706 primarily to take advantage of its IntegrationPilot smart 2.0 function which can reduce makeready time and waste by up to 25%.
