Another winner in the ROLAND stable

You know you’re producing a quality product when the customer keeps coming back for more. And that is exactly what is happening with one of South Korea’s most reputable printing companies.

Dae Han Printech, based in Seoul, has added to its stable of Manroland sheetfed presses by purchasing a new ROLAND 705 3B HiPrint. The company produces high-end catalogues, brochures, calendars and recipe books for a number of international brands, including Samsung and LG. It sees its new acquisition as a way of increasing productivity and securing more business.

Dae Han Printech’s CEO Mr. Hwang says he’s delighted with the performance of the three existing ROLAND 700 presses, and that they will soon be enjoying the added benefits of the 705 3B. “We know the new press will not just meet but exceed our requirements and expectations,” he said.

The ROLAND 700 HiPrint is capable of printing 17,000 sheets an hour and can process from 0.04 millimeter paper, right up to onemillimeter cardboard, as well as PVC foil.

The world´s greatest distance runner: the ROLAND 700 HiPrint HS.

The 705 3B HiPrint allows a number of value-added printing (VAP) solutions, including QuickChange, which automatically adjusts the height of the gripper bars in the in-feed drum and transferters, shortening the job changeover and allowing time for operators to attend other duties. Other features include quick wash, triple-ink flow and quick-start jobs.
