Elanders chooses Manroland for Mölnlycke

Elanders CEO Magnus Nilsson Elanders has named Manroland as the supplier of all printing presses for its Swedish sheetfed production business unit in Mölnlycke. This follows its earlier decision to combine all of its sheetfed production to one unit in Falköping and Mölnlycke.

Mr Nilsson said that Manroland’s offer was a ‘powerful’ one which provided an in-depth proposal for configuring machines to meet future market conditions.

This proposal involved upgrades of existing Manroland presses currently located in Falköping and the relocation of these to Mölnlycke. It also involved the installation of two further Manroland presses.

Work on the installation of new equipment and relocation of printing presses is expected to take place between August and November 2013.
