Manroland Sheetfed and VIP Systems hold Russian Week

A delegation of representatives of 30 Russian and Kazakh Printers was invited to visit Manroland Sheetfed’s complete production facility to take part in its special Russian Week event.

Jointly held by Manroland Sheetfed and its sales and service partner VIP Systems GmbH, the event took place from October 16 to 19, 2013.

During the three-day visit, the Russian and Kazakh visitors were given the opportunity to witness the high productivity and efficiency of Manroland Sheetfed presses by taking part in the live machine demonstrations of Low Energy Curing (LEC) and Autoprint Smart.

They also saw the new generation InlineFoiler with its indexing function – a solution particularly suitable for the commercial and packaging printing of foil.

Besides the site visit to the manufacturing plant of Manroland Sheetfed, the visitors went on an excursion to the Russian Language exhibit in The Gutenberg-Museum, one of the oldest museums of the book and printing in the world. This was followed a walking tour through the historic center of Mainz.
