New ROLAND 900 XXL for Drukhaus Götz
Investment in Manroland keeps German printhouse ahead
German print company Drukhaus Götz is to replace its ROLAND 904 7B format press with a new ROLAND XXL 4 color with coater and Inline ColorPilot.
The company’s policy of investing in new systems from Manroland continues to pay dividends. In 2009, Götz invested in a ROLAND Format 8 machine, followed by new investments in Prepress with the establishment of its own post-press department.
Parallel investment in staff training has helped the Götz evolve into a competent and powerful media partner for its clients, producing books, magazines, covers, maps, and point of sale products, processing materials from 50g to 500g. Götz has printed alcohol-free since 2001.
General Manager and owner, Mr Thomas Götz, said quality and reliability were key factors in his company’s ongoing choice of Manroland products and services:
“The reasons for the re-investment into Manroland large format technology were our high expectations into the quality over he entire lifetime, the reliability of the machines and the strong relationship with the local Manroland service team here in the South of Germany.”
