Over 20 years of happy networking
Manroland Sheetfed has developed many gamechanging technologies; Manroland's networking software has for over 20 years given customers years of optimum performance from their ROLAND press. The timeline below shows the evolution of networking software.
1993 – pecom: Manroland develops the first TPP (Technical Press Preparation) Station for job preparation of networked Manroland presses including EPS (Electronical Plate Scanner for inkslide presetting);
1998 – advanced pecom: launched at IPEX JobPilot, Prepress-Link (CIP3 Interface to CTP for Inkslide setting) and PressMonitor (real time monitoring of the networked machines);
2004 – printnet (PressManager perfect): launched at drupa. The CIP-Control for automatic job generation from CIP3/PPF files and installation of the first JDF/JMF Interfaces in the printing industry;
2008 – IntegrationPilot launched at drupa (the improved and user-friendly JobPilot with a higher degree of automation);
2010 – printnet (PressManager perfect 2.0): IntegrationPilot Plus is developed.
2012 – printnetwork IntegrationPilot Smart 2.0, IntegrationPilot 2.0 and IntegrationPilot plus 2.0, are developed and launched.
