Expanding its unrivalled program of customer service and support, Manroland now offers ProServ 360° Performance a support and service partnership program developed specifically for owners of its next-generation press, the ROLAND 700 Evolution.

Proserv 360° Performance reduces unplanned disturbances whilst helping to control customers' costs by delivering increased productivity through regular, proactive monitoring of the machine's output.

Existing Manroland programs such as ProServ Basic Plus, ProServ Comfort and ProServ Supreme have long been a key part of Manroland’s commitment to ensuring its customers achieve maximum profitability from their hardware investments. This new program, developed through the same meticulous research and customer feedback which gave rise to the ROLAND 700 Evolution itself, covers the first 24 months of the ROLAND Evolution's service life

ProServ 360° Performance ensures maximum machine stability from the moment the press is commissioned to achieve and maintain the highest productivity in the shortest possible time. It offers a ‘Telepresence’ service where remote connection diagnosis works with the machine’s inbuilt maintenance manager to identify and fix malfunctions and includes two machine maintenance sessions, five remote check-ups, four productivity analysis modules, full 24/7 accessibility, and fault diagnosis with instigation of troubleshooting procedures as necessary.
