New CEO for Manroland Switzerland
Georg Riescher, 59, has been appointed CEO of Manroland Swiss AG responsible for the company’s overall operation and business development in Switzerland.
With a career at Manroland spanning more than 30 years and extensive experience in the print industry, he graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany in 1981, joining MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, Augsburg initially as a design engineer and project manager, later progressing to Vice President of R & D and Engineering (1991 – 1995) and Board Director of the Sales and Service Organizations (2005 – 2012). Georg Riescher takes over from Jakob Rösti who recently retired after years of dedicated service to Manroland Switzerland.
