Le Roux: preparing for the future

Renowned printing house Le Roux located in Erbach, near Ulm, adds second ROLAND 700 EVOLUTION to its production facility.

After receiving a new ROLAND 705 EVOLUTION with coating unit and DirectDrive technology in March 2018, the second machine, a ROLAND 704 EVOLUTION with coating unit and fast plate change has begun production at the customer’s print facility.

Both machines passed the stringent premium PSO certification. Tests were carried out to ISO 12647-2: 2013 / FOGRA51 standards approved by the certification company, Print Quality from Wörth near Munich.

"High efficiency in the print process and acheiving these quality standards is what makes us successful. Now the second press is in production, we are prepared for the future" says owner, Hendrik le Roux.

In order to meet the high demands of customers, le Roux has been printing to the stringent PSO criteria for years.

Le Roux adds second ROLAND 700 EVOLUTION to its production facility.

"For short runs, the machines are unbeatable," says print shop manager Christian Grau. "We always change our plates at the same time for washing and so have no plate change times. Thanks to inline color measurement with dynamic color control and self-learning color presetting programs, we also save on waste. "

ProServ 360 ° for planning and performance

"In addition to the outstanding quality and the fast set-up time, we were also impressed by the comprehensive service program," says Henrik le Roux. "The machines have an integrated 24-month ProServ 360 ° concept that includes not only spare parts and services, but also inspections and maintenance, a 24/7 service hotline via the Telesupportcenter and regular analysis of the TOP Analysis program in terms of machine performance. This way, we ensure the required high availability and, of course, a consistently high print quality via the scheduled maintenance. "
